It was years before I learned that Ube is actually a vegetable. Now I can enjoy my full cream milk yogurt and get some veggies at the same time.

new ube full cream yogurt

I enjoyed this new yogurt. It has a very interesting texture, unlike the other yogurts. I liked the added texture. The ube flavor comes through nicely....not too strong, but with a nice lingering flavor. I find it just a little sweet for my usual preference, but it is another excellent product from Palawan Yogurt. I think all Filipinos will enjoy this, and all others should definitely give it a try for a new experience in yogurt.
